The 3 Day Full Body Workout for beginners is part of our Weight training program. The plan is suitable for those of you who are not members of a gym and prefer to workout at home.

The exercises should be performed in circuit fashion. Start with the first exercise (for the day) and work your way to completing all of the exercises on the list to make one circuit. Repeat 1-3 cuircuits per day.

The plan requires minimal equipment: a pull up bar, resistance bands or dumbbells, a chair, stool or bench, exercise mat (optional but recommended).

How to use the Weight training program: 3 day full body workout for beginners?

The plan is a 2 page PDF document. The first page is an introduction which also outlines the importance of form and health and safety when working out.

The second page is the actual workout sheet divided into 3 days. We encourage you to download both pages of the plan. Print the second page and use it to log your workout sessions.
