It’s been a while since my last blog update and I feel like I need to bring you up to date with the latest news about your favourite fitness blog. Even though you only see the articles I publish, there are still other things that are going on in the background.
The past couple of weeks have been quite busy and there are a few things I’d like to update you on. Things like the Six weeks of six pack abs, advertising page, a new advertiser I’d like you to welcome and an update on the PDF downloads. It’s all good stuff, so make yourself a cup of tea/coffee/protein shake and read on.
Six weeks of six pack abs
You may have noticed that the last few articles have all been about six pack abs. It turns out that the Six pack abs home workout is one of the most popular articles on the website. To celebrate that and to expand your knowledge, I have started Six weeks of six pack abs series of articles.
You can find the information you need by either checking the tags (which you can find at the bottom of the sidebar) or do a search (the search box is in the top right corner).
At the end of these six weeks, I’m going to put all information into a PDF and add it to the Free Downloads.
Free PDF downloads
I am aware that there are some issues with the Free Downloads and I am still working on fixing the problem. It is a bit “hit and miss” at the moment and I apologise to all of you who are experiencing problems.
If you are interested in any of the PDFs and like to download them, please email me (use the Contact page) and I’ll send you the link. Just make sure you include your email address and the file you want to download.
Earlier this month, I added an Advertise page to the top menu (the one that’s in the top left corner of the website). It’s in response to those who email to enquire about advertising on Skinny Muscles.
And talking about advertising, I am pleased to welcome TruthAboutWeightGaining.com as an advertiser. They offer some free info on weight gaining on their website and they also offer an eBook on the subject. Go and check their website or click on their banner which is on top of the sidebar.
You can either click the OK button if you are happy to share your cookies or go to your browser’s settings and disable cookies.
There are more articles that deal with different aspects of six pack abs in the pipeline. Make sure you visit the website regularly so you don’t miss out. I share new articles on Skinny Muscle’s social media channels but they don’t always reach all of you. That’s because the guys at facebook in particular are much too keen to charge in order to deliver page updates.
To bypass that, you can add Skinny Muscle’s fan page to your newsfeed. Just hover over the “Like” button and select “Get notifications” and “Show in newsfeed”.
Enjoy the Six weeks of six pack abs and feel free to let me know what you like to see on the website (either leave a comment or contact me).
Until the next time,
