For the first time, Porsche is offering a GTS version of the 911 Targa. The new Porsche 911 Targa 4 GTS marks the 50th anniversary of the iconic German car. This model is more powerful and dynamic than its predecessors and delivers a safe and enjoyable driving experience thanks to its all-wheel drive and the rollover protection bar.

The boost on its dynamic performance is due to the 430 hp GTS engine, PASM chassis, 20-inch wheels and sport exhaust system.
UNDER THE BONNET
The 911 Targa 4 GTS reaches top speed of 186 mph with the PDK transmission and it goes from 0 to 100 mph in 4.3 seconds. That’s all thanks to its improved weight-to-power ratio compared to the standard S model. Even though it produces an additional 30 hp, its combined fuel consumption is exactly the same as that of the 911 Targa 4S.

Its rear wheel arches are flared an additional 22mm and the rear tires are 10mm wider. The front end of this latest model is defined by an opening for the auxiliary middle radiator and the smoked bi-xenon headlights, featuring the Porsche Dynamic Light System (PDLS).
The car’s side view GTS look is achieved by the silky gloss black 20-inch 911 Turbo S wheels with central locks, the sport design mirrors and the “GTS” signatures on the doors.
The stopwatch of the Sport Chrono package is integrated at the centre of the instrument panel. The four-way adjustable Sport Plus seats provide additional lateral support and long-distance cruising comfort for both driver and passenger.
The Porsche 911 Targa 4 GTS will be launched in Germany from mid-March 2015.
