Rob is not just a model and judge on an American reality TV show. He is a three-times British Boxing Champion who is on a mission to inspire you and show you how to get fit and healthy.
The four-part video production which is directed by Jamie Delaney and styled by Elgar Johnson, takes you to Rob’s original training spot – the Spit ’n’ Sawdust boxing gym in Banbury (not far from Skinny Muscles HQ).
